I'm a Senior UX Designer specializing in B2B and enterprise products, where having worked on complex interfaces for the banking and fintech sector.

My current side project focus is on gender bias in digital interfaces: how design assumptions make products less safe and less usable for women, and what practitioners can do about it. I explore this topic through articles, talks, and in the future maybe through a book project (fingers crossed!).

My background is in Cognitive Psychology and Human-Computer Interaction (University of Trento), and outside of work
